     If the high-volume distributors aren't interested in this, don't
forget that a number of Debian developers make and sell custom gold
CDs.  (See the listings under "Getting Debian on CD" on www.debian.org.)  
These cost $20-30, as opposed to $5-20 for the sliver CDs, but are more 
up to date, and can be customized to suit the buyer.
