No, we can force them to mark the document clearly as being changed without
violating the DFSG.

Yes, and it should be marked as a literal translation of the original
document that may contain errors (or as a changed version if it is not a
valid translation).

I for myself would be satisfied by a clear sign that it was changed.
However, I could understand the wish to have the name changed (we also allow
this fro software in the dfsg).

I think we need the same rights for documentation as for software, for the
same purpose.
