I've been working with a few members of the local LUG to implement a
similar (the same?) concept, a big server and a bunch of diskless PCs
that mount it's root filesystem via NFSroot. It's based in the nfsroot
package by Joost Witteveen. Currently it's half done (documentation and
some scripts are missing), but it will be finished for slink.
