rxvt

Hello.

I guess the new version of rxvt package will be based on 2.4.6.
As I reported to rxvt-workers-ML, "DEBUG=-DDEBUG_STRICT" line in 
src/Makefile should be commented out.

Besides I have a request for the new rxvt package.
Is it possible to add "--enable-kanji --enable-big5" option ?
If so, Japanese and Chinese can be displayed.
