movemail in netscape/emacs
The netscape tarballs have support for movemail, and as such include it in
the tarballs(both as a binary and as source). However, there version
doesn't support liblockfile, and the one in emacs does. I would like to
see the movemail that is part of emacs be split out into a separate pkg,
so that other pkgs can depend on it.
