'cause the bootable CDs use a floppy image file as the "bootable medium".

For slink I want to build a CD-only bootfloppy image, and one of the
things I want to try is creating a "kernels-only" floppy image, that
reads the rootdisk from the CD, and uses a small ramdisk as writable
area. (read-only rootdisk is interesting for the "general" bootfloppies
also, because it may use less memory than the current minix-formatted
one).
