New APT Version

Hi,

Just cranked out a new version, it has a few new features and fixes a few
problems.

Available in Incoming or at http://www.debian.org/~jgg/apt_0.0.3_i386.deb.

Remember that the GUI does not work and is in the archive for 'early
looks' only - apt-get is the thing to test.

I haven't got a deluge of bugs so it's probably fairl stable.
