More on package pre-selections tool

I found Bruce's message about a package selection proof-of-concept tool
he implemented. The message is in our mailing-lists archive, at:

The tool is in our ftp archive, at
    ftp://ftp.debian.org/pub/debian/project/experimental/pkgsel.tar.gz
							^^^^^^^^
				(not pkgtool.tar.gz as Bruce's message says).
We need some pre-selections lists built, ASAP.
