Where is giflib3g???

It seems that a lot of packages depend on giflib3g, such as the new
imlib (that is required for GNOME). I don't know if giflib3g is
supposed to be free or non-free but the free imlib stuff depends
on it... The problem is that no package that provides giflib3g
can be found in hamm (main, non-free, or contrib).

Ok, I just searched master, and it _is_ referenced on the web pages there:
http://cgi.debian.org/www-master/debian.org/Packages/unstable/libs/giflib3g.html

I guess it is non-free. Figures. Anyway, checking:
ftp://ftp.debian.org/debian/hamm/non-free/binary-i386/libs/giflib3g_3.0-4.1.deb
shows there is nothing there. No giflib3g at all!

It is against policy for packages in main to depend on non-free stuff, so
I will file bugs against imlib-base, imlib-dev, imlib1, and gdk-imlib-dev.

Still, anybody know where giflib3g went? It obviously was in recent
existance...

BTW, I am not currently subscribed to debian-devel because of the noise
to signal ratio. Please CC me on replies.
