Same problem here.
logging in through telnet and trying to
copy one of my packages from REJECTED to
incoming failed. Also dupload and ftp
won't work. They all say:
permission denied.
I am guessing there is some kind of
maintenance going on, to fix the problems
that occured in the last few days.
