This would be very bad, since tetex-0.4 (the version before 0.9) has a
lot of bugs which are (hopefully) fixed in 0.9. The version of latex
is quite outdated, it will warn eventually about being to old und the
need of an update.
So I hope that it will make into hamm.
I think, code-freeze means no 'new' packages.
