Intent to package xexec

-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----

I intend to package xexec (original name: exec, renamed to avoid namespace
conflicts). From the readme:

exec is a program designed to allow quick and easy access for running
simple command lines. For example, let's say you wanted to start
Netscape, but didn't have it on your window manager's menu. Just run
xexec, and type netscape in the text box, press enter, and there you
have it. It is especially useful for allowing access to any available
command via one primary menu entry. One of the nice things about exec
is that it doesn't stay a process after you run a program.

If nobody objects, I'll send it up to chiark later today (unless I get
word that master has been fixed). It's a small program. Compared to
iraf, it was trivial to set up :)
