Debian 2.0 freeze time

Is it agreed that hamm will be frozen at midnight on Monday morning,
0000 GMT?

I'd like to start sending out announcements now for an IRC party at
that time on Sunday (7 p.m. eastern, 4 p.m pacific).  Everyone is
invited; it'll be a great way to celebrate 2.0 beta, get to know each
other better, and answer questions users might have about the
forthcoming release.

The virtual beer will flow like water.
