Howdy,

  moving them into orphaned while freeze gives uns a hard hint
to take care of them.  We should move them into the archive
when they've gotton a new maintainer or no bugs.  I don't think
freeze-time is too early.  This gives uns one or two more months
fixing them and finding maintainers.
