pstogif -- someone please make a package!

I show at least three copies of this program on my hard drive from
different packages.  Could someone people make 'pstogif' (and aren't
there other little useful scattered pstoXXX packages --- excepting
the netpbm stuff --- lying around?).

sdc: /usr/lib/sdc/bin/pstogif
xemacs20: /usr/bin/pstogif
latex2html: /usr/lib/latex2html/pstogif

Should I lobby the gs and gs-alladin guys?
