Being created in a time-saving, low-quality-generating way:

Run debmake, remove the statements that don't compile (without
#ifdefing them with Linux), using FSSTND-conflicting paths
(/usr/vnc/classes), adding a comment that it still has bugs and
uploading it. At least he managed to put into experimental. And he
didn't announce the intent to drop maintainership immediately.

What's the point of this? Anyone who wants to put real work into the
VNC package can do it himself!

Dear wnpp, please put a minimal amount of energy into finding out
whether you have reasons to expect that the package-to-be will receive
sufficient attention by its maintainer. For maintainer's time
constraints the bug-reporting systems provides some numbers.

Originally the criterion was that one should only package that he
expects to use. This is the way of making Debian bugfree and "better".
