new package: DFM

Hello

I find the program ´DFM - The Desktop-File-Manager for X11´ nice und
will pack this program in a deb-package.

This is the announce:
  DFM is a desktopmanager for linux and other UNIX-OS. Files are shown
  as icons and every folder has it's own window. The desktopbackground
  is a special folder in the homedirectory.

  The idea is to write a filemanager like the OS/2 WPS.

  Here are some features:

  * icons may have any size and position
  * show XVPICS as icons
  * save icon and window info
  * iconname to cutbuffer (paste to xterm, ...)
  * "Constant position" icons that cannot be moved (or arranged)
  * easy adding new programs to the desktop
  * ...

The copyright is the GNU General Public License. :-)

The author is Achim Kaiser (kaiser@informatik.uni-hannover.de) and
the it´s available as tar.gz from
http://www-c.informatik.uni-hannover.de/~kaiser/dfm/dfm.html

I have a question too:
What is the policy for icons? Is there a globle place for the icons or
have all packages with icons his own directory?
