Intent to package lzo

Hi.
I'm going to package the lzo library (and maybe the lzop compressor
in the way): see http://wildsau.idv.uni-linz.ac.at/mfx/.
It's GPL software.

Here is a description from the author (Markus Franz Xaver Johannes Oberhumer).

          LZO is a portable lossless data compression library written in
          ANSI C. It offers pretty fast compression and *very* fast
          decompression. Decompression requires no memory.
          In addition there are slower compression levels achieving a
          quite competitive compression ratio while still decompressing
          at this very high speed.
