updated lintian web pages again

Changes:

- lintian reports are now also sorted by packages (thanks to Wichert
  Akkerman for the suggestion)

- web page now also contains the statistics (thanks to Martin Schulze
  for the suggestion)

- binaries in /usr/X11R6/man need manual page too! (thanks to Mark Baker
  for telling me about this)

- manpages for /usr/X11R6/bin binaries should not be in /usr/man and vice
  versa

- differentiate between SETGID and SETUID binaries, and display file
  owners

- check for packages that install into /opt (none so far--great!)

- new check: warn about `unknown' control files (Thanks to Santiago for
  the suggestion!)

  18 packages currently fail this:

	E: sgb: unknown-control-file checksums
	E: swi-prolog: unknown-control-file checksums
	E: xfntil2: unknown-control-file checksums
	E: xfntil2-nonfree: unknown-control-file checksums
	E: xtoolwait: unknown-control-file checksums

  I guess the cfs.* is a simple bug, the checksums and md5sum should
  actually be renamed to md5sums.
