dpkg-ftp 1.4.9.0pre6 for testing

A new pre-release is available on master in ~dirson/.  This time,
people with firewalls may want to test it.

Here's the changelog since last announce:

dpkg-ftp (1.4.9.0pre6) unstable; urgency=low

  * LOCAL: Really fixed problem with anonymous passwd.
  * LOCAL: Changed default distribs to "dists/stable/*" (Steve again).
  * First try at emulation of MDTM using LIST.

dpkg-ftp (1.4.9.0pre5) unstable; urgency=low

  * LOCAL: Changed back default ftp dir to "/pub/debian" as it was a
    wrong hint (Thanks to Steve Greenland <stevegr@debian.org>).
  * LOCAL: Fixed bug in password handling that would prevent to reuse
    saved user-provided password after a failed operation.
  * LOCAL: Hopefully fixed problem with anonymous passwd reported by
    Steve.
