debian-devel archives?

Hi,

i remember that someone (Martin?) posted where to get the debian
mailing lists via FTP but i can't find the posting.  I desperately
need to catch up with debian-devel because i haven't received any
postings since jan 19 due to an unnoticed misconfiguration of
~/.procmailrc on my behalf.  The mailing list archive as available via
www.debian.org is obviously a few days behind.
