Incoming mirrors?
IIRC there are FTP sites that mirror master's Incoming directory.
Are those listed anywhere? If not, can someone tell me at least one
of them? I have received a report from a user trying to test the latest
modconf, but being unable to get newt0.21, because it still is in Incoming.
