Please don't change it now... IIRC, on comp.security.ssh the author says
there are still bugs in 1.2.19 and that he hasn't got the time to fix it.

So just wait a bit and have a look at 1.2.20+ ...

Besides, 1.2.17 is just as secure as 1.2.19, I think.
