As I can see, in Incoming there are files as old as of March, 27.
What's going? Is it good idea to leave packages there for so long
time, when distribution had to be tested heavily? How to avoid bugs
in packages incorporated at last time before release? Or will be
Debian 1.3 delayed (why?)?
