[PGP]: can someone in NYC sign me?

I'm hoping to get my PGP keys signed by a known and registered debian
developer in the NYC area so as to comply with the Debian Developer's
Reference Section 1.2.

I'm located in Manhattan; specifically on the Lower East Side.
