I disagree. The "Depends:", "Recommends:", "Suggests:", etc. tags have all
their exact meaning/interpretation and I think the use of "Recommends:" in
the case of sgrep is completely valid.

The only problem I see is that dselect treats "Recommends:" like
"Depends:". (I, and probably others too, reported this as a bug against
dselect already. However, I think we'll have to wait and see how deity
handles this case.)

So the solution is _not_ to change all "Recommends:" into "Suggests:" but
to fix dselect!
