Hi.
 
It was already decided that we should create another directory for 
these uploads. Current bo-updates is for security fixes only.
Some mailnainers already uploaded libc5 versions of their packages to
project/experimental.

As for "third-party" uploads, Jim Pick (http://www.jimpick.com) offered to
create such an upload directory on his server but didn't have time to
do that yet ...
