tcp wrapper

Without me having to unpack the sources and/or poke through the diffs,
can someone tell what facility tcp wrapper logs through? If it is
set to the default of LOG_MAIL, could this be changed to something
like LOG_LOCAL0? A lot of our machines need to log accesses to another
file so errors don't get lost in the clutter of daemon.log
