xpm4.7_3.4j-0.4, the latest uploaded, fulfills the dependency, but anyway
you need to recompile xmysql with xpm4g, xlib6g and a libc6-based xforms 
to use libc6-based libs only. (Now it uses some libc5-based libs and libc6).
