These are word games. Not everything produced by Debian goes
onto our official CD's (which desstroys your argument). The non-free
packages can't be put on the CD's for licancing reasons; but they are
on ftp servers whose use has been donated to Debian, they are
maintained by Debian maintaines, and Debian claims responsibility for
them.
The only difference between the non-free packages an others is
whether we put them on the official CD. They are *not* third party
software.
