Re: Uploading sourceless package



It would be really nice if you would make a source package containing a
makefile and all of the perl files that go in the package. This would
facilitate our having automatic building of packages from their source.
That's even important for packages that contain no compiled files, because
we want to rebuild them when we make some change in the package format, etc.
Thus, we need a makefile that supports all of the defined targets, even if
it does nothing for most of them.
