missing wireless support from kernel-source

When I try to use WaveLAN on Debian, I find some wireless network
support code is missing from kernel-source packages.

CONFIG_NET_RADIO support code in net/core/dev.c is deleted
by kernel-source-2.0.30_2.0.30-8.diff.gz,

Is this intended removal? If so, I think it is better
to be #if 0'ed rather than removed.

Or, is it kernel-source package's bug?
