Uploading of XZX

	I've finished the packaging of `xzx', and was ready to upload
it, but now I'm wondering if it's legal... the upstream version
contains copies of Sinclair's ZX Spectrum ROMs, and I think they
are not freely redistributable.

Des Herriott and Erik Kunze (the XZX writers) give permission to
distribute their program for any purpose, but does it include the ROM
copies included in the package?

	I'd appreciate any comments...
