packaging question
My binkd package has an HTML manual, but it's not distributed with the
original source, it's on a web page. Because it's ~ 40 Kb I don't want to
put it in the diff.gz file, can I package it with the original source?
BTW, I have been subscribed to debian-private but I don't have received
the password for my account on master, should I ask again?
