missing packages

Hi!

I just updated my development machine and discovered that the following
packages are marked as "obsolete", i.e. they are missing in the archive:

	manpages, manpages-dev, lout, deliver

Does someone know why they have been removed and which packages replace
them? (Or did only my mirror loose these files?)
