proposal to package asp-1.5

 I plan to package asp, a client/server program that finds the ip
 address of a host that is dynamically IP'ed to Internet. The client
 queries for responses on user supplied address range, for example,
  201.223.3.* .  Asp lets others find your host when on-line.

 Assuming that the program actually works, and baring any objection, this
 package next week will register as  "package that someone is 
 working on".
