Unfortunately I cannot create a new ibcs2 version without it. If I use my
own modversion.h it won't load into our standard kernel.
I just checked and found that the libc?-dev packages also do not provide
these files (modversion.h and the complete modules subdirectory). If we
agree on a versioned kernel all packages should come with the correct files.
Do we have anything about this in our policy?
