Perhaps it's the rest of my setup. I have followed the Key Setup mini howto
/usr/doc/HOWTO/mini/Key-Setup.gz to get backspace and delete working "right"
in X. This basically means using xmodmap as follows:
keycode 22= BackSpace
keycode 107 = Delete
And setting up some resources for xterm. But I do have the same trouble
with dselect in a rxvt, so I don't think it's my xterm config. Could it be
the xmodmap?
