Have the architecture as default and if it is a general bug the
maintainer can forward it to all other or to a main bug list.
(This is with a arch field to decide the list to put the report on and a
CC to the maintainer).
It's easier to reproduce the bug and find it on a similar system, so the
bug-arch list would probably find the bug faster than other people on a
different architecture.
