i found documentation about usa, germany, netherlands, austria, swiss,
italy and portugal, but none about uk. please write to the newsgroup
de.alt.comm.isdn4linux or join via mailinglist at
majordomo@hub-wue.franken.de (body "subscribe isdn4linux <email>").
this list is mixed german / english, about 20-50 mails per day.

i don't know, but i don't think so (at least there is no documentation
in the FAQ).
