so the growth was 123 MB between rex and bo...

410 + 123 = 533 MB (still fits on a single CD)
but...

Right, this will probably not work with 2.0 since now we only have i386+m68k.
2.0 should also have alpha, sparc (and maybe some ppc). So we'll have to 
split binaries on at leat 2 CDs. (although the binaries for a given arhc. 
will probably still fit on a single CD).
