The guy was complaining that he got DNS requests for lists.debian.org.org.  
It looks to me like someone sent mail to lists.debian.org.org. This
could be a MTA (sendmail) configuration problem at either lists.debian.org
or some user's site.

These type of problems (mail addressed to .org.org and .com.com,
.edu.com, etc) are going to exist forever.
