Freezing Bo (Debian 1.3)

I've been granted the position of "distribution manage" so I'd like to
get underway with freezing Bo. This was originally scheduled for tomorrow,
but it'll take at least a week to get going.

Does anybody have any concerns that must be addressed before the freeze?
Once frozen, only bug fixes will be allowed into the distribution. Only
under special circumstances will new code be allowed!

Things I can think of off hand...
- There are no base disks! (these must be done before freezing)
- It seems that shadow passwords still haven't moved from experimental.

* So, if you have a package you want to be in Debian 1.3, you'll have
* to release it within the next week, because after the freeze it'll
* be bug fixes only!
