/usr/doc
There is one thing I find unclear in the manuals.
If you are installing a library, e.g. lapack, do you need to have both
a /usr/doc/lapack and /usr/doc/lapack-dev? It seems a bit excessive
since I can't imagine a case where they would have different copyright
info. If both are really needed, is it ok to just put any extra files
in /usr/doc/lapack and just the copyright info in -dev?
