I agree with Christoph here. The libc5.shlibs could be changed to
something like this:
libc 5 libc5 (>=5.4)
libm 5 libc5 (>=5.4)
The version number should only be changed when the library interface
changes, ie - when the major or minor version number changes. Smaller
version changes do not change the interface. All libraries should
follow this rule.
