Policy problem with HTML Files in /usr/doc
I am packaging V (See latest Linux Journal) and it comes with some HTML
docs which I would like to install in /usr/doc/vx/xxx.
If I compress the html code then my webbrowser (Netscape) does not display
references anymore since they point to the wrong webpage.
