problem posting to debian-changes
i have some strange problem when trying to post to debian-changes
1) i don't get any mail back (the right mail)
2) i get some strage mail:

with the announcement in the body
anyone have any idea what the might be?
and can anyone tell me if i am the only one not geting the
announcement?
