Bug#4975: fwtk misses x-gw binary

Maybe the maintainer didn't compile the x proxy support because if I 
remember all the time i spent trying to compile x-gw on HPUX, it is 
difficlut and time consuming.  All the other proxies compile almost 
effortlessly, but x-gw gave me fits.
