Couldn't fix it, worked it around. The new version is 6.06-5 in master's
Incoming. I don't know why I couldn't fix it. I installed
debian/conffiles in debian/tmp/DEBIAN, but it didn't help. Maybe a bug in
dpkg? Anyway, my workaround was that I added things into preinst and
postinst scripts.
