Bug#4746: tcsh overwrites /etc/csh.{login,cshrc,logout}

Version: 6.06-4

The new tcsh package does not have /etc/csh.{login,cshrc,logout} as
conffiles anymore, and overwrites these files upon install, causing
local configuration to be lost.

Please fix this ASAP and consider removing 6.06-4 from the archive.
